We come to this location about every week or two. We had come shortly after the New Year, and didn't have the best experience. I reached out and spoke with manager Adrien, who went above and beyond to make sure we received excellent customer service. He made right of the situation and then some. Will definitely continue coming back.
The service isn't that great, especially the drive through. Very clean very pretty love it. Food is very delicious.
We placed a relatively large order today, ahead of time, via the website. We were able to use a coupon for a free half sandwich, which was a nice surprise! Our order was ready right on time, picked it up via drive thru. Our order included sandwiches, soups, a cookie, a bear claw, and drinks. Our order was 100% correct. The food was all prepared correctly and was all delicious! The tuna salad sandwich is one of our favorites, the broccoli cheddar soup was so good! The reviews lately seem to be very poor but we had a very good experience.
I normally go to the Durham(Roxboro) location, but was so tired of poor service among other problems (we're out of...). I'm glad I came to this one. Went to the drive thru and was pleasantly greeted by Sophia. She took my order and even made me aware I had a free treat available where I had signed up. It didn't take very long and most importantly, my order was correct!
